For more than two decades, I have advised banks, financial institutions, insurance and reinsurance companies, corporations, investment funds, asset managers, high net worth individuals, investors, sponsors and public entities on some of their most important transactions and strategic projects.

My practice focuses on banking and finance, capital markets, securitisation, financial regulation, insurance, reinsurance, restructuring and commercial matters. Over the years, I have worked on transactions involving asset finance, syndicated lending, shipping, aircraft and real estate finance, as well as complex cross-border regulatory projects.

Before co-founding Qatchova Cabinet d’avocats, I was the Founding Partner and Head of Banking, Capital Markets & Insurance of the Luxembourg office of a global law firm. I previously served as Partner and Head of Banking & Capital Markets in a medium-size independent law firm after having spent the first years of my career in international law firms.

These experiences have given me a unique perspective. I have worked within global law firms, growing businesses and entrepreneurial environments. I understand not only the legal issues that clients face, but also the commercial and operational realities behind their decisions.

Today, I have chosen to return to an independent practice with the creation of Qatchova Cabinet d’avocats.

Qatchova was founded on a simple conviction: clients deserve direct access to senior expertise, practical advice, cost-effective solutions and a trusted adviser who remains personally involved throughout every stage of a matter. In an increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment, I believe that effective legal counsel must combine technical excellence with responsiveness, clarity and sound business judgment.

My role is not simply to identify legal risks. It is to help clients navigate complexity, seize opportunities and achieve their objectives with confidence.

Whether advising on a financing transaction, a regulatory challenge, a restructuring or a strategic business project, my approach remains the same: understanding the client’s objectives, providing clear and pragmatic advice and building long-term relationships based on trust.
