For more than twenty years, I have been advising local and international clients on corporate, commercial, technology and financial regulatory matters in Luxembourg and across Europe. Throughout my career, I have worked alongside entrepreneurs, financial institutions (including insurance & reinsurance company), payment services providers, technology companies and multinational groups, assisting them in navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes while supporting their strategic growth objectives.

My practice focuses on financial regulation, FinTech, payment services, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law and data protection. I regularly advise clients on regulatory matters involving digital financial services as well as on the legal and operational challenges arising from technological innovation and digital transformation. Whether supporting the establishment of a new business in Luxembourg, negotiating strategic commercial agreements or advising on cross-border projects, my objective is always to provide pragmatic and commercially focused legal solutions.

Before co-founding Qatchova Cabinet d’avocats, I founded and led DCL Avocats for more than 10 years, where I developed a multidisciplinary practice. Over the last four years, I further strengthened my international experience as counsel within a global law firm, advising clients on complex cross-border transactions, regulatory matters and strategic business projects.

My professional journey has given me a perspective that extends beyond legal analysis. It has given me the ability to combine legal expertise with strategic insight and operational understanding when advising clients, discussing with regulators and negotiating with counterparties and service providers.

Today, after building a career that has combined entrepreneurship, international legal practice and board-level responsibilities, I have chosen to co-found Qatchova Cabinet d’avocats, a firm built around a modern and independent vision of legal practice.
